"The man and the woman on the 11:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. shifts were friendly and helpful. The woman on the 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. shift was neither one of these.
I had a family emergency on Sunday, May 30, and had to leave at 10:30 p.m. I was told that I had to pay for the entire night as it was the hotel rule. I believe that most staff at hotels would be willing to assist in a similar situation.
Dining left something to be desired. The new steak place was not listed in any of the handouts on local restaurants. We did not know about it until late Saturday night, and it was closed Sunday. Bob's BBQ was terrible.
It is awkward to have the sink and bathroom right by the door.
I will be staying at Ramada Inn Limited on my return trips to the area. I have always been treated better there. I was wrong to try this Comfort Inn."
